Permanent or moveable

Steel structures can be temporarily bolted or permanently fixed to the ground.

Cheaper to build

Steelwork and cladding is significantly cheaper and quicker to construct than traditional methods such as brickwork, reinforced concrete, and titling.

Easy to refurbish 

When the steelwork is looking slightly tired, it's easy and quick to re-paint. Rejuvenating the look and feel of your entire building. Similarly, the cladding can be re-painted - however this usually lasts for 30-40 years from a quality Ballard installation.
